From Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Sara moved to Ontario to pursue post secondary education in Special Event & Promotion Management at Humber College.
After obtaining her diploma, Sara worked in the marketing industry for a number of years before accepting an opportunity with a consulting firm specializing in WSIB claims management and it was there that her passion was discovered in employer advocacy.
Masotti Consulting was born shortly thereafter and continues to be a thriving multi-industry business dedicated to meeting the needs of all clients, large and small, across Ontario.
Strategic, driven and assertive, Sara has successfully represented employers at all levels of appeals. With a focus on providing viable solutions in a complex WSIB landscape, her expertise in Workplace Safety and Insurance Law has garnered significant results and benefits to her clients.
Sara was one of the first Paralegals to receive licensing in 2008 from the Law Society of Ontario and received her Registered Professional Trainer designation in 2013.
