From Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Sara embarked on her journey to success by relocating to Ontario to pursue post-secondary education in Special Event & Promotion Management at Humber College. Armed with a strong foundation in marketing, Sara went on to excel in the industry before discovering her true passion in WSIB claims management.

Her commitment to advocating for employers was solidified during her time at a consulting firm specializing in WSIB claims management, where Sara quickly distinguished herself with her strategic mindset and assertive approach. This led to the founding of Masotti Consulting, a thriving multi-industry firm that continues to provide exceptional service to clients, both large and small, across Ontario.

Sara’s professional attributes—strategic thinking, driven determination, and assertive advocacy—have been the cornerstones of her success. With a laser focus on providing practical, results-driven solutions in the complex WSIB landscape, she has represented employers with distinction at all levels of appeals, securing significant results and measurable benefits for her clients.

As one of the first Paralegals licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2008, Sara’s expertise is backed by formal recognition and years of hands-on experience. She further expanded her professional credentials in 2013 by earning her Registered Professional Trainer designation, solidifying her role as an industry expert and educator.
